Baltins will need for his seven week Senior Leaders Course at RCAF Station, Camp Border. Baltins will undergo specialized training in instructional technique and leadership. SENIOR LEADER'S COURSE

F/Sgt. R. Baltins, son of Janis Baltins of food services, has been selected to proceed to RCAF Station, Camp Borden, to undergo intensive training for seven weeks.
One hundred Cadets, chosen from all Squadrons in the Dominion will undergo specialized training in instructional technique and leadership. If Baltins graduates he will be awarded a diploma and a bonus of $100.
